Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it. This means the product must be resalable, including labels and in its original packaging.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Check the quality of the product and make sure all tickets are still attached.
- Pack the product.
- Go to the parcel point of the batch listed on the return label.
- Hand over the package.
- Keep your proof of return.
