    How can I order?

    Click on the desired model. Choose the color and size, then click the "add to cart" button. Once all items are placed in the cart, click on "proceed to checkout." Fill in all fields so we have your information to send the order.

    Where do I enter a discount code?

    After adding the item to the cart, click on 'view and edit cart.' Enter the code on the right side in the summary, under 'enter discount code.' Click on 'apply discount,' and the discount will be applied. Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items.

    What is my size?

    We recommend ordering your regular size unless otherwise indicated in the product description. If a model runs larger or smaller than usual, we try to mention it. Every foot is different, so if the shoes do not fit properly, you can of course return them free of charge and reorder the correct size.

    How can I pay?

    You can pay using iDeal, creditcard (Carte Bancaire/Bleue, MasterCard, VISA), PayPal or Sofort.

    Can I still modify or cancel my order?

    We start processing your order immediately, so unfortunately, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible

    Shipping

    When is my order being shipped?

    If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we will ship it the same day. If you order after 3:00 PM or on the weekend, we will ship your order the next business day. You will usually receive your order the day after it is shipped! Occasionally, there may be delays with the carrier.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. If the delivery time doesn't work for you, you can (if possible) change the delivery time using the Track & Trace code.

    Return or exchange

    How can I return my order?

    Inside the parcel is a return label that allows you to return your order within 30 days. You can try on the shoes to make sure they fit and meet your expectations, just as you would in a shop. Please do this indoors and on a flat surface. You may not fully use the article and return it later. Please return the item in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

    Can I exchange an item?

    Directly exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us free of charge.

    I received a wrong or defective Item, what now?

    We are sorry to hear that you received a wrong or defective item. You can return your order within 30 days for free using the provided label. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order.

    Are there any costs for returning Items?

    If you ordered through our website, you can return items free of charge.

    When will I receive my refund?

    After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same method you paid with. You will see the payment under the name Magento Buckaroo.


    Tip:
    Always keep the Track & Trace code until the amount has been refunded. Want to track the package? You can do this via the DHL website with the postcode: 4207HE.

    Defects

    My shoes have broken, what should I do?

    We're sorry to hear that! Please provide us with detailed information about the defect and how it occurred. Additionally, we would like to receive a close-up photo of the defect and a photo from a distance showing the entire shoes. This will help us determine if it falls within the warranty.
