Orders and payment

  • How do I place an order?

Select the desired model. Pick a color and size and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. When all the products are placed in your cart, click ‘proceed to checkout’. Fill in all fields, so we have your details to send the order. 

  • What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are on us!

  • Where can I enter a discount code?

After putting the product in you cart, click ‘view and edit cart’. Enter the code at the summary on the right, below ‘enter discount code’. Click on ‘apply discount’ and the discount will be calculated. Discount codes cannot be used on items that already have a discount.

  • How do I find my size?

We recommend ordering your regular size, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. If a model fits larger or smaller than normal, we try to mention this. Every foot is different, so if the shoes do not fit well, you can of course return them free of charge and place another order for the right size.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay with iDeal, credit card (Carte Bancaire/Bleue, MasterCard, VISA), PayPal or Sofort.

 

Changes or cancellation

  • Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

We will start working on your order immediately, so unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel your order.

 

Shipping

  • When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 15:00 on a business day, we will ship your order the same day. If you order after 15:00 or on weekends, we will ship your order the next business day. This means that in most cases you will receive your order only one business day after placing your order! Occasionally there may be a delay caused by the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track&Trace code. Is the estimated delivery time inconvenient for you? Change the scheduled delivery (if possible) in the Track&Trace code.

 

Return or exchange

  • How can I return my order?

Inside your parcel you will find a return label, which makes it possible for you to return your order within 14 days. You can try the shoes on to see if they fit well and whether they are to your liking, just like in the store. Do this inside and on a smooth surface. It is not allowed to put the item to full use and return it later. Please return the item in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, exchanging a product directly is not possible. To receive the desired product, you can place a new order and return the other one free of charge.

  • I received an incorrect or defective item, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear you received an incorrect or defective item. You can return your order free of charge within 14 days with the provided label. To receive the desired product, you can place a new order.

  • What are the shipping costs in case I return a product?

If you ordered through our website, you can return it free of charge.

  • How long will it take to reimburse the purchase?

After receiving the return, we will reimburse the amount of the purchase within 5 business days through the same means by which payment was made. The payment can be found under the name Magento Buckaroo.

Defects

  • My shoes have a defect, what can I do?

How unfortunate! Please let us know what the defect is exactly and how it arose. In addition, we would like to receive a picture of the defect and a picture from afar where the shoes are shown in their entirety. This way we can assess whether it is covered by the warranty.
